1. Purpose
These Terms of Use (TOU) aim to define the terms and conditions of use of the services offered on the Souki site. By accessing the Site and using its services, you accept these TOU without reservation.
2. Registration and User Account
Registration on the Site is free. It requires providing accurate and up-to-date information. The user undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. Each user can only create one account.
3. Services Offered
Souki offers the following services: creation of a free personal account, publication of real estate listings, search and consultation of listings, connection between users, and paid premium services (listing highlighting, professional subscriptions).
4. User Obligations
Users undertake to: provide accurate and up-to-date information, respect intellectual property rights, not publish illegal or defamatory content, use the Site fairly, and respect the rights of other users.
5. Listing Publication Rules
The Advertiser undertakes to publish accurate, complete, and non-misleading information, be the owner or authorized agent of the offered property, not publish illegal content, and update or delete their listing in case of change. Souki reserves the right to moderate any listing that does not comply with these conditions.
6. Financial Terms
Publishing listings is free for individuals. Paid highlighting options are available. Professional subscriptions are available for agencies. Payments are secured via CMI or Stripe.
7. Liability
Souki acts as an intermediary and is not a party to transactions between users. Souki does not guarantee the accuracy of information published by advertisers. Users are solely responsible for their actions on the Site.
